Red Bull New York announced today that it has waived defender Kevin Goldthwaite. Goldthwaite, who was acquired from Toronto FC in exchange for defender Todd Dunivant on June 27, 2007, has not featured in a game for New York this season due to injury. During his time with New York, Goldthwaite appeared in 54 regular season matches, scoring two goals and two assists.
