Anatole Abang's loan to Hobro BK has been abruptly terminated. Originally sent to the Danish club last August for year, the Cameroonian striker is returning to Metro ahead of schedule.
"We have been delighted to have Anatole Abang in the squad, and it's been great to have a national team player from Cameroon in Hobro IK," said Hobro Sporting Director Jens Hammer Sørensen. "But overall, it is best for both parties that he will be able to chase fast playing in another club where he has a better position to fight back in the national team.He is a young player who still has much to learn, but for me there is no doubt that it is a player with great potential, which we will come to hear more about in the future."
Abang scored three goals in 10 games for Hobro. Recently, he just missed making the Cameroon team for the ongoing Africa Nations Cup.
