According to versatile reporter Kristian Dyer, French striker Alexy Bosetti is on trial with RBNY. The 24-year-old attacker has been on the books of Nice since 2012. He did not appear in any league matches the past season, but did play and score once in the Europa League.

Bosetti has also played on loan for Tours and Norway's Sarpsborg. He has a number of caps for France's youth national teams, and helped his country to the U-20 World Cup in 2013.

"We'll have another two days to evaluate, but so far I'd say it's been a good visit for him and he's a good guy," Jesse Marsch said. "He's got personality, which we like. We've talked to him a little about how we play and I want to give him a chance to just get to know us a little bit. We'll finish up the cut in the next couple days and we'll have to make a decision."
