New York Red Bulls II fell to Birmingham Legion FC, 2-1, on Friday, May 27 at MSU Soccer Park.
Birmingham struck first in the 12th minute, as Prosper Kasim slid in a low cross through to Enzo Martinez, who sent a shot into the New York net.
Red Bulls II responded in the 25th minute, as Jordan Adebayo-Smith collected a long pass, maneuvered around a defender, and ripped a shot with his left foot into the far corner of the net.
The visitors regained the lead in the 81st minute, as Marlon converted a feed from Jonathan Dean.
