Loan deals with two Boca youth players set

According to a source, the Metros and Boca Juniors agreed on what are believed to be one-year loan deals for the services of Juan Forchetti and Jose Galvan, who played with the MetroStars during their preseason training in Argentina. The will likely be discovery players and count as transitional internationals. Both players are 22. Forchetti, a center back, and Galvan, an attacking midfielder, should provide depth for the Metros, but fans should not expect them to be superstars. "If they were good, they would start for Boca," said a source close to the situation. Ex-Long Island left wing Edgar Bartolomeu is also still in the picture.
