Wizards, D.C. United, and Chicago Fire.
"We know we are in sunny Florida, but this is no vacation," said MetroStars
Head Coach Mo Johnston. "The goal for these two weeks is to bring the group
together and to train hard. The guys have already started to come together in
the first few days of training in New York and our time down here will certainly
accelerate the process."
The following is a list of players in attendance:
Goalkeepers: Jon Conway, Peter Dzubay, Tony Meola
Defenders: Taylor Graham, Carlos Mendes, Jeff Parke, Tim Regan, Marvell Wynne
Midfielders: Blake Camp, Peter Canero, Eddie Gaven, Amado Guevara, Chris Henderson, Mark Lisi, Seth Stammler
Forwards: Jordan Cila, Youri Djorkaeff, Mike Magee, Thiago Martins
In addition to the players mentioned above, there are a host of international invitees training with the club who will not be named at this time.
"We will take a look at some of the international invitees and hope that they
can contribute to the club," Johnston said. "Some guys will make it, some
guys will not."
