According to the New York Times and confirmed by MetroFanatic, the Red Donkeys are very close in acquiring former DC and Chicago midfielder Dema Kovalenko. The deal is not done yet, but could involve a portion of an allocation New York received from the sale of Jean-Philippe Peguero.
