According to the New York Post, RBNY signed Liberian international Francis Doe to a youth international contract. Doe, 21, was most recently with Atromitos in Greece, and scored a goal with two assists for Metro in a scrimmage against Rough Riders last week. He can play at forward or at right wing.

Currently, Metro is using two of their three youth international slots, on Elie Ikangu and Dane Richards. However, the team's roster is maxed out, so someone must be released to sign Doe.
