Remember, the source of this is Facebook, so take it for what it's worth until we get new information. That being said, earlier today, Hunter Freeman's Facebook profile was changed with the new status: "is starting anew in Toronto". The status was removed a few hours after it appeared.

Freeman has been in the doghouse ever since announcing his intentions to leave for Norwegian club IK Start over the winter. Initially, Juan Carlos Osorio promised that Freeman would not play, but recently eased his stance, giving Hunter a start against Chicago last weekend.

Update: SoccerByIves has confirmed the trade. Metro will receive two supplemental draft picks for Freeman.
