It's not official yet... as in, RBNY has not announced it, but Alfredo Pacheco seems to think it is. In an interview on La Prensa's website, the El Salvadoran left back says that he is coming on a one-year loan with an option to buy. Pacheco feels that this is a serious offer and an opportunity to represent his county in MLS. He's hoping to impress so RBNY can buy him outright and wants to stay for longer than the one year.
