Englishman Tom Williams, who has a cap for, of all countries, Cyprus, has tweeted (oh, Twitter!) that he is arriving for training with RBNY. The defender/midfielder asked Matt Kassel, "talk to me pal is it freezing? I land tomorrow for training". [sic]

Williams, 31, spent over a decade playing in Britain, with clubs including Birmingham City, QPR, Barnsley, Swansea City, Walsall (and more. Oh, there is more!). The journeyman was last with Kettering Town in Conference National, England's fifth division.

Williams, who qualifies for Cyrpus through his mother, got his lone cap against Romania in 2006. He is married to glamour model Nicola McLean.
