If Chicago wins, Metro would tie the Scum on points and it will go down to the goals scored tiebreaker (Metro is currently up 2 on DC). If the Scum wins, Metro would jump over Chicago's 56 points. If there is a tie, Metro would go into a tiebreaker against the Fire, and should advance (they are currently up an insurmountable 9 on Chicago).

Failing to win, Metro would need a Houston loss or tie to preserve home field for the wild card. In the case Metro loses and Houston ties, it would go to the tiebreaker (Metro is currently up 6 on Houston).

If they settle into the wild card, Metro will likely face Houston, although Chicago is a remote possibility. If they avoid the extra game, the home-and-home opponent will be the Scum, Chicago, or, in an unlikely scenario, Kansas City.
