Already one of the strangest playoff series in MLS history just got stranger. After continuously saying that the game will go on as scheduled, a late decision was made to postpone it to Thursday at 7:30. The game will still be broadcast on NBCSN.

The nor'easter, forecast for a while, arrived, dumping heaps of snow on New Jersey, not forgetting Red Bull Arena. Attempts to shovel the snow off the surface were not successful, as more would drop in its place. At about 9 PM, the decision to postpone was made. Why it wasn't made earlier is beyond comprehension.
