It's only been one game -- heck, a portion of it -- but maybe, this brother thing will work out. Shaun Wright-Phillips, who entered the match in the 61st minute, proceeded to have immediate impact, first drawing a penalty kick, and then setting up brother Bradley for the game-winner. Metro beat the Worms, 3:1.

Jesse Marsch elected to keep the lineup the same as it was during the last MLS match, against Orlando two weeks ago. In the first half, the Worms controlled most of possession, and the best Metro could muster came off a turnover that was intercepted by Grella. Unfortunately, his shot missed the net.

An hour into the game, and Metro's creativity looked to have been left in Harrison. Enter Wright-Phillips, Shaun. Five minutes after insertion, Wright-Phillips, Bradley centered the ball to his brother, who was brought down by Philly's new signing Tranquillo Barnetta. With Bradley's recent penalty struggles, Sacha Kljestan stepped up to the spot. His shot, low and straight down the middle, left no chance for the diving John McCarthy.

The Worms evened the score in the 73rd. Luis Robles, who was his usual stellar self up to that point, decided to get rid of the ball quickly on back-to-back occasions. Both times, Philly came up with the ball, and on the second attempt, made Metro pay, as old mule Sebastien Le Toux found the back of the net.

The tie didn't stay for long, as the brotherly connected immediately after. This time, it was Wright-Phillips, Shaun with the setup, after he waltzed past the dumbfounded Raymond Gaddis inside the Worms' penalty area. Wright-Phillips, Bradley's deft redirect game Metro the lead for good.

The Worms kept attacking, but Robles made up for his earlier mistake, keeping the hosts at bay. Metro's third goal came three minutes into injury time. With everyone caught in Metro's half, Kljestan found Abang, who walked in on goal. Despite late pressure from a Philly defender, the Cameroonian youngster took a well-placed shot from the edge of the box to set the final margin.
