Karl Ouimette loaned out to NASL's Jacksonville

The New York Red Bulls have loaned center back Karl Ouimette to the Jacksonville Armada of the North American Soccer League for the remainder of the 2016 season, the club announced today.

Ouimette signed with New York ahead of the 2015 season and has made 18 appearances for the Red Bulls. The Canadian international was the first Homegrown singing in the history of the Montreal Impact and played three seasons for Montreal before joining New York.

In all, Ouimette has made 38 appearances for Montreal and New York over his five-year MLS career, including 28 starts.

The Armada is coached by former Red Bull and MetroStar Tony Meola.
