Those summer months, when Ronald Zubar started game after game, were an anomaly. The oft-injured Metro defender is injured again, undergoing hernia surgery that will sideline him until the middle of October. His last appearance came a week and a half ago, when he played five minutes before leaving the game with a groin injury.

With Damien Perrinelle not fully recovered, but forced into the lineup, Metro's only healthy central defenders are Aurelien Collin and newly-promoted Aaron Long.
