According to English tabloid rag The Daily Mail, RBNY Head of Sport Kevin Thelwell "has emerged as a surprise candidate for the role of sporting director at Newcastle United." He is one of multiple candidates. Newcastle was recently taken over by a Saudi Arabian consortium.
