New York Red Bulls II fell to Philadelphia Union II 2-1 on Sunday, May 7, at MSU Soccer Park.
Philadelphia opened the scoring in the 20th minute, as Jose Riasco maneuvered past a Red Bulls II defender and found Nelson Pierre, who was able to find the back of the net.
The visitors doubled their advantage in the 39th minute, as Pierre, who made a run into the box and scored his second goal of the match.
Red Bulls II struck in the 78th minute on a penalty kick from midfielder Ricardo Gorday following a foul in the box.
