For the 2024 Leagues Cup, Metro was drawn to East Group 6 with Mexico's Pachuca and Toronto FC. Despite being in Pot 2, Metro will host both matches, as Pachuca did not get the newly-invented "host privileges" given out to the top four Mexican seeds.
