For the second straight Coachella match, Metro used a second-half equalizer to snatch a (pointless) point, this time settling for a 3:3 tie with Austin.

Metro raced out to a 2:0 lead on goals by Wiki Carmona and Elias Manoel. It was Manoel's fifth preseason goal, two off the team record set by Alex Comas in 2001. Austin got one back before the break, then scored twice in the second half. Dante Vanzeir scored in the 71st to make it 3:3.
